10 minutes more to the end of this normal saturday.
How has it been lived?
Sigh...it's finally over man....in a way.
Wednesday marks the final submission day of all the assignments. With just a group presentation left, I can at least breathe easier now. About time too...don't think this body of mine could take much more of the punishing hours after these few weeks.
Wednesday was the killer blow, as I worked through the night on the final 3D model assignment before heading to school. Man....the last time I did this was during poly days, straining my eyes to figure out the programming codes on the monitor over night.
The school's system of submission, was basically setting up your work and displaying them on a table in a classroom, together with the rest of the peeps, and then leave the assessors to do their work in the room, while you wait for it to be over, hoping they don't call you up for any issue with your work.
So it was kinda a mix of feeling dead from the tiredness, and anxiousness about the assessment with whatever energy left within me. Sickening man.
the couple of us looking dead and chillin out while waiting for the next round of assessment.
wait to rush, rush to wait.
I'm basically glad it's over. But apparently, no comments doesn't mean it's safe. It could also mean your work redemption and you'll get a fail at the end of the day. Goodness. But oh well, it's beyond me, and I've already done what I've mostly could. I should be thankful for the strength mustered to plow through this period, after almost 4-5 years of "brain inactivity". =S
AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH~
Sorry...I just feel like doing that and release all that pent up relief after all the work. Somehow..I'm still feeling groggy from the assignment period. (probably why this post sounds dead huh)
Anyway, managed to have a little cool chill out session over the close of the week....
popped over to national library with jazz & da jie...
can you just smell the freedom in this pic??
hehe...this little 'mt fuji' that da jie conned...i mean persuaded jazz to buy & try
tastes pretty cool actually
apple crumble recommended by da jie.
it's good!
ooh....headed over to clark quay for dinner in the evening
with yeep and daph to discuss about the youth band
the tendon gravy ribeye was pretty good =)
chilled out at a jazz pub after dinner.
really cool music...and esp the drummer's jazz techniques
Finally...some breather. I could really do with it. I've been so totally wacked out, it's been really hard to reflect and think about stuffs.
